POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for data management, reporting, and analysis including Senior Management level reporting; managing the bank’s MCIF/CRM systems including data integrity and system optimization; and supporting bank programs and workflows.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Extracts, consolidates, and stores data across multiple bank and third party systems.
- Provides high quality analytics and reporting for the bank’s Senior Officers and Board of Directors including Retail Banking, Retail Lending, and Business and Government Deposit Services.
- Provides daily deposit reporting to the EVP/Chief Operating Officer and SVP/Retail Banking and Marketing.
- Creates scheduled and ad hoc reports and reporting templates and workflows to support the bank’s departments including sales and profitability, audit, and customer programs.
- Performs data analysis, monitors trends, and makes recommendations accordingly.
- Manages the bank’s MCIF/CRM systems and ensures systems deliver maximum efficiency and benefit, including system/process enhancements, campaign management, and user administration, and works with the vendor as needed.
- Manages data integrity of the bank’s MCIF/CRM systems including system balancing.
- Assists with surveys, onboarding, and other MCIF/CRM customer driven workflows.
- Assists with Retail Banking’s Sales Program including tracking, reporting, adjustments, and audits.
- Supports Sales Administration with programs, campaigns, and training initiatives.
- Monitors competitive landscape including interest rates, fees, and promotions as needed.
- Must complete BSA, AML, and other Regulatory and Continuing Education as assigned.
- Must adhere to all bank and regulatory policies and procedures specific to position. Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.

Education/Experience/Skills & Abilities
- Three years of data analytics experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Excellent database management and Microsoft Office/Excel skills required.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to work independently.
